What to do if purchased tokens are not displayed in personal account

That’s what you have to do if you cannot see purchased tokens in your personal account.

The information about reserved tokens will appear in your personal account on Boosteroid.com after you send ETH to Boosteroid smart contract. Tokens will be transferred to Your wallet on October 23rd.

Reserved tokens cannot be displayed if:

  • You have sent ETH from a centralized cryptocurrency exchange. In this case tokens will be credited to the joint wallet – one for all users. So you won’t be able to manage your purchased tokens directly;
  • You paid using one Ethereum wallet but provided another address in Your personal account.
